Our Unique Concept - Metabolic Exercise
The purpose of our programs is to correct the metabolic system, which in all cases, is a major cause of lifestyle disorders. Metabolism is a system of body responsible not only for digestion but for assimilation and utilization of food, initiation and regulation of hormonal activities and management of metabolic waste products. Any variation in metabolic systems or its rate leads to incomplete utilization of nutrients and inappropriate production and accumulation of metabolic wastes leading to alteration in state of health. Diabetes, Obesity, High cholesterol and many others are primarily disorders of metabolism which eventually end up causing grave ailments like Coronary artery diseases and stroke.
